2.3. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products, except as required by applicable law.

3.1. All typefaces and related products offered on the Site are the intellectual property of Cedilla Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. When you purchase a typeface, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the typeface for your personal or commercial projects, subject to the terms specified in the license agreement accompanying the typeface.
